• Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in.

• If running late, don’t worry; doors are open.

• Relaxation lowers body temperature, so bring warm layers, blankets, or a sleeping bag. (One blanket provided per person.)

• 1-hour deep relaxation experience.

• Not suitable for children under 13, individuals with pacemakers, or pregnancy in the first trimester.
