Seek refuge from the turbulence of the Wider World & look to the inside for inner Peace & Calm.  Only then when we return to the Outer World do we have the Power to Transform it.Join us for an Deep Winter evening in salute to the Wolf Moon on January 26th 2024.  Traditionally it is the time of year where food is scarce and the Wolf howls to the moon in hunger. This is a time to come together to avail of tools which are designed to promote deep winter rest by way of Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Healing Vibes of a Sound Bath.  Taking your attention mindfully inward building inner reserves to prepare ourselves for the Winter months ahead, shedding layers of all that no longer serves us in preparation for the Reawakening that Spring brings. Surrounded by the blended aroma of Sacred Oils  & Candle-light, Sharon will guide you through a series of Restorative Postures which provide deep winter rest taking our awareness to the more subtle internal energy bodies. Restorative Yoga with the support of props offers you the time out to work in a very passive but meditative form of yoga whilst focusing on the breath.
