Each drum is crafted with deep respect for nature and traditional methods. The buffalo hide used for the drumhead is ethically sourced from local farms, ensuring sustainability and reverence for the animal. The frame is made from Mulberry wood, valued for its lightweight strength and warm, resonant tone. The drum is hand laced with buffalo rawhide, offering durability and a strong, balanced tension that enhances its deep, grounding sound. To bring life to the hide, we use the same non toxic dyes used for coloring t-shirts, resulting in safe, vibrant, and lasting shades without harming the natural texture of the skin. Every detail reflects mindful craftsmanship from the choice of materials to the final tone creating a drum that carries both spirit and authenticity.
