Ceremonial Cacoa opens the heart Chakra , allowing us to vibrate from the frequency of love and Above – Cacao ‘ nown as the ‘Food of the Gods’ to help us connect to our inner wisdom, the ceremonial cocoa used is raw and organic and sustainably sourced from Peru .

In the breath work we will be using a variation of different breath techniques which may also bring emotions up for us or even bring tears of joy, as well as clearing the mind from all of the nonsense that is in there prepare ourself for a deep meditative state when we reach the Sound journey .

A gong bath is a form of sound healing meditation growing in popularity as a modern healing technique. It is referred to as a bath due to participants being immersed in the vibrations of the instruments during a session.

Intentional exposure to a sound bath brings an enhanced awareness of senses which can be applied to everyday life challenges and pleasures. Gong bath works out emotional issues and physical blockages that we need to release in order to move forward in life

Gong baths, like all types of sound therapy, allow your brain to relax into an alpha-dominant or theta-dominant brainwave state. “In this state, your brain has time to download what’s been happening in your day. [It] allows you to process thoughts and emotions,”

Our intention of the alternative Friday nights to introduce practises which have benefited us and our goal is to give people the opportunity to experience these practises in a safe and enjoyable way.
