Craig and Claire will be delivering a two hour special collaborative event of yoga and gong session in June 2024 at TodFellows Space, Todmorden starting bright and early at 9am. Please arrive 15 mins early giving you plenty of time to settle. This is a ground floor venue accessible to all comers. If a little late, text either Claire or myself to let us know how late so we can hold your space!

I have a IM nail inserted in the marrow bone of my left shin that is also nailed at three points in the leg. Will it be possible to take part in your Gong Bath?
Yes, absolutely no problem in taking part but just be aware you may experience a tingling sensation where the pins are from the vibrations of the gongs.
