Craig and Claire will be delivering a one and a half hour special collaborative event of yoga and gong session in March 2024 at TodFellows Space, Todmorden at 1.30pm. Please arrive 15 mins early giving you plenty of time to settle. This is a ground floor venue accessible to all comers. If a little late, come in quietly, it’s ok!

As your heartbeat lowers when you relax during a session, so does your core body temperature. Please bring your warmest blankets, duvet or even a sleeping bag as some often do! This will make your overall experience much more pleasurable.

I have a IM nail inserted in the marrow bone of my left shin that is also nailed at three points in the leg. Will it be possible to take part in your Gong Bath?
Yes, absolutely no problem in taking part but just be aware you may experience a tingling sensation where the pins are from the vibrations of the gongs.
