Fielden centre day retreat Todmorden

Starting with a circle ceremony meditation, to connect with each other, open up the energy and set the intent for the day.
We will then spend the morning shaking up the soul, and opening the Chakras using sound.
Laughter yoga- with Angela ( a fun session to get everyone belly laughing, no yoga ability at all required)
Chanting, Mantra and kirtan – Rachael and Strat will lead a session of beautiful Buddhist and Hindu ancient chants and kirtan. We can join in with call and response, or sit back and absorb the magical harmonies created.
Veg/vegan organic simple lunch, and an opportunity to chat and mindfully eat. There will be option for shiatsu and reiki mini sessions (donation only) at lunch, and the end, for those that would like some extra one on one hands on healing energy.
Then after lunch – an interactive African drumming workshop. Those that want to join in there will be drums and instruments for all, and Craig will lead the group to create some tribal sacred beats.
We will then spend the late afternoon bathing in sacred sound. With blankets, pillows and incense you can relax and let the sounds of the gongs, cleanse and heal.
Craig will be using the most ancient of instruments to send us into a deep trance like meditation to truly heal on a soul level.
Ending with a closing ceremony to direct the group energy accumulated throughout the day. We will use it to bless each other, super charge our kundalini 🌀🔯and manifest our desires going forward.

Healing with sound has been used as a way of soothing the mind and emotions and it is one of the oldest and most natural forms of healing known to man. … The ancient Egyptians and Greeks also realised that the power of sound has the purpose of healing and they often composed and performed music in this way.

The event is ongoing.
