We  invite YOU to spend an evening with us in celebration of Imbolc which is a Gaelic tradition heralding the first day of Spring. It is recognized as the halfway path between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox.  Imbolc is largely believed to have derived from the Gaelic term ‘’in the belly’’ referring to pregnant ewe’s and it’s a time of fertility, fortune and the awakening of nature out of the deep slumber of Winter.

We will begin our time together with the ancient practice of Trataka where we will focus on our own individual candle flame. This assists in increasing our focus, connecting more deeply to our inner being & bringing about an inner stillness as well as many other benefits.  Sharon will guide you through setting your very personal wellbeing goals for the year ahead.

Sharon ( My Yoga Seed)  will then guide you through a gentle movement practice starting with an awakening of your physical being whilst bringing awareness to more subtle layers of self. The practice will then evolve into slow flow gradually making our way back down into a more restorative form to prepare us for the magical healing and ethereal gift of the Gong Baths offered to you by Craig (Gongholistic).

The practice of yoga is suitable for all levels including beginners as options where appropriate will be provided.  Poetry, meditations, ancient instruments, sacred oils will be weaved into our precious time together.

We invite you ( not obligate) you to wear a particle of clothing that is either white or light blue – colours which signify purity and renewal.
