Hulme Garden centre Gong Bath Saturday 28th Oct 2023 11.30am

Change of Day to a Saturday for this one.

Saturday 28th Oct 11.30am-12.30pm

Undercover, open air marquee.  Please bring all your own blankets, sleeping bags, eye coverings and crash mats. The floor is covered with chip bark so maybe bring something extra to lay under your mats.

The perfect opportunity to re-engage, reset and recharge your inner core.
While gongs have been around for thousands of years, this practice is relatively new in that the science, a practice that utilizes wave forms and frequencies has only been available to us for the past few decades, through which we have learned work with our own physiology and DNA..
Today, enthusiasts believe that gong baths can help reduce stress and liberate emotional blockages. Scientific evidence suggests that certain forms of sound therapy prompt damaged human DNA strands to repair themselves. Some tones are thought to promote vitality and healing, and also to enhance happiness.
PLEASE arrive 15 mins early for your session because you will need this time to settle. Please enter quietly if late, it’s fine.
Let me know in advance if you have any query regarding the suitability of a gong bath for you.
As your heartbeat lowers when you relax during a session, so does your core body temperature. Please bring your warmest blankets, duvet or even a sleeping bag as some often do! This will make your overall experience much more pleasurable.
Come and join us for this amazing 1 Hour relaxation. Not suitable for children under the age of thirteen, people with pacemakers and pregnancy in their first trimester.
I cannot offer refunds or carry tickets over at this time.
If for some reason you cannot come, you can sell or pass your ticket to family or a friend for the event you have booked.

Is this suitable for disabled wheelchair users who have been encouraged to practice mindfulness therapy for relaxation?
